As founder and CEO of RHM Real Estate, John is responsible for guiding the firm’s overall strategic vision and the oversight of over 250 associates specializing in and third-party management,  ground-up construction, value-add investments, affordable housing (4% & 9% tax credits). In his career,  he has managed and completed transactions with a  cumulative value of over $600 million.  Over the last decade, John has spearheaded the growth of the firm by nurturing new relationships and expanding the firm’s reach, which has resulted in a nearly tenfold increase in units under RHM’s management. With an emphasis on the continued growth of the organization, John focuses his efforts on cultivating strategic relationships, molding the culture of the firm, and most importantly, developing communities in an innovative and thoughtful approach for the betterment of its residents. John graduated with a BA from Kent State University and a MA in industrial/organization psychology from Xavier University.
