Wilcox Meadows Apartments is a build-to-rent property developed by our client in one of the most desirable suburbs in the Cleveland MSA. Our client relied upon RHM Real Estate Group to spearhead branding, marketing, lease-up and the ongoing daily management of the property. As the first build-to-rent apartment community in Twinsburg, RHM worked closely with our client to ensure that the property was positioned for a swift lease-up. Supported by our deep pool of talented individuals with significant lease-up experience, our team achieved stabilization within just 9 months of unit delivery.
